Security Systems
FIDAN provides security systems such as access controlled doors, intruder alert, intelligent surveillance and public address systems. We understand the importance of having adequate security systems for protection; that is why we offer robust security solutions that meets the peculiar needs of our clients.

Data Communication
One major function of Data Communication is to facilitate quick communication between employees, clients and business partners. FIDAN SYSTEMS is poised to have its entire network resources centralised at the computer room where client workstations on the various units will have access to different functions of the network. Some of the applications of the network will include electronic mail service, Internet access, file/print services, business/ accounting.

Electronic Queue Managment Systems (EQMS)
Fidan Integrated Systems are sole distributors of NEMO-Q INTERNATIONAL AB SWEDEN.

NEMO-Q has, within it's 30 years of experience in the customized service field, participated in a number of public sector projetcs. Our work in this area has demonstrated that the dynamic and changing office modl we propose is very effective, giving customers the image of an orderly and comfortable office with efficient managment. In addition, our model ensures high confidentiality to external and internal customers alike, by separating the waiting and service areas with a General Display. It also encourages the configuration of multi-functional workstations and one-stop service whenevr possible, assuring a reasonable waiting time, in accordance with the type of service required by the customer.
